Double-Action revolver built on a square butt K frame with 5 screws. Blue finish with case colored hammer & trigger. 4" round pinned tapered barrel with fixed sights, non-shrouded extractor rod, two dowel pins in the star extractor. Built circa 1954-56. ( Became the Model 10 in 1958) S&W logo trade mark on right frame. Checkered wood grips with S&W medallions, serrated trigger. Bore is excellent/bright, action is crisp/tight, grips are very good/sound. The blue is about 87% with minor edge wear, scratches, the finish is worn on the heel, the markings are very crisp/clear.
